Delete your FHE's Meal Tracker account

This page explains how to permanently delete your FHE's Meal Tracker account and associated app data. FHE's Meal Tracker is operated by Gabriel Yap Beng Chih.

Delete your account in the app

1.

Sign in to FHE's Meal Tracker.

2.

Open Settings.

3.

Select Profile.

4.

Open Account & privacy.

5.

Select Delete account.

6.

Enter your current password, type DELETE, and confirm.

Account deletion is permanent. If you cannot access the app or cannot complete these steps, email privacy@fhemealtracker.com with the subject Account deletion request. We may need to verify that you own the account before deleting it.

Data deleted with your account

Completing account deletion removes the FHE account and associated app data, including:

•

Profile details, goals, nutrition targets, and optional health context.

•

Saved meals, nutrition estimates, weight entries, and progress records.

•

Meal photographs and saved meal-location records.

•

AI consent and usage records.

•

Subscription entitlement records and the associated RevenueCat customer profile.

•

The local FHE app cache on the device used to complete deletion.

Meal photographs uploaded for analysis but not saved as a meal are temporary drafts and enter routine deletion after 24 hours.

Limited retention

Some limited information may remain temporarily in service-provider backups or security logs until the provider's normal retention cycle expires. Information may also be retained for the period required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. It is not retained for advertising or tracking.

Subscriptions are managed separately

Deleting your FHE account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. To prevent renewal, cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google Play subscription settings.

Delete individual records without deleting your account

You can remove selected data without closing your FHE account:

1.

Sign in to FHE's Meal Tracker.

2.

To remove a saved meal, open the meal from Today or your meal history, select Delete meal, and confirm.

3.

To change or remove optional profile, goal, health-context, or location information, open Settings → Profile, edit the relevant information, and save your changes.

Deleting a saved meal removes its meal record, nutrition results, correction comments, and associated saved photographs and meal-location record. Deleted records are removed from the active FHE service. Limited residual information may remain temporarily in provider backups or security logs until the normal retention cycle expires, or for the period required by law or needed for legal claims.
